Prepaid or C.O.D. Net 30 terms are accepted from educational institutions. Net Terms on industry P.O.'s must be arranged PRIOR to shipments-call for details. Please mail or Fax your signed copy of the purchase order. We cannot ship your order without it. Minimum order for net terms is $150.00. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All items from Meredith Instruments are sold with our satisfaction guarantee: If you are unsatisfied for any reason return your item(s) to us within 30 days, in its original condition, along with your receipt and we will gladly replace/repair the item(s), exchange it toward another item, or refund your money, whichever you choose. Cash refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
When returning items to Meredith Instruments, you must ship your package freight prepaid and well packed. We will not be responsible for items damaged in transit back to us. You must include a copy of the invoice, along with a brief explanation and state whether you would prefer a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.

All products are warranted through Meredith Instruments for 30 days unless stated otherwise. This warranty does not cover abuse, modification, disassembly or, in the case of kits, failure to assemble properly.
