The mirror is a laser quality, 6" x 4" (152 x 102mm) front surface aluminum on a .12" (3mm) thick glass substrate. There is a protective plastic layer on it that should be removed before use. The adjustable mount is a molded, UV stable, plastic with a ball and socket that is held firm with a cinch nut. The whole unit will mount to a flat surface or 1.125" (28.6mm) diameter pipe.

You will need to glue the ball to the mirror base with the cinch nut in place and glue the mirror to the mount.
